In short: this site uses no cookies, doesn't track you, and only processes personal data if you write to us.
1. Who we are
This website, elevenlab.ro (the "site"), is operated by Eleven Lab S.R.L., a company registered in Romania, company registration number (CUI) 46798394, Trade Register no. 2. What personal data we process
The site uses no cookies.
We process the data you voluntarily send us via the contact form or by email: name, email address, phone (if you provide it) and the details of your project. This data is used exclusively to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps taken at your request).
The contact form is processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards the message to our email address and does not use the data for other purposes.
The site stores nothing at all on your device — no cookies, and nothing in your browser's local storage. The language you choose is part of the page address (for example /hu or /en), so there is nothing to remember.
3. Traffic statistics
We use Vercel Web Analytics, an aggregate statistics service that uses no cookies, builds no individual profiles and stores no IP addresses. The data collected (pages visited, country, device type) is anonymous and cannot be linked to a person.
4. Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. For security and operational reasons, servers may temporarily log technical connection data (such as the IP address), based on the controller's legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and stable (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are deleted automatically after a short period.
The fonts used on this site are hosted locally, on the same servers as the site — no data is sent to external font services.
5. How long we keep data
Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to manage our relationship with you and to meet any legal obligations, after which it is deleted.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise these rights, write to andrewfstuart@me.com.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP) — www.dataprotection.ro.
7. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Last updated: 3 July 2026.
