What clients say

“Working with Eleven Eleven was exactly what we needed, in fact even more!

We wanted a website that would convey a certain vibe, represent us and reflect our clinic's identity. They understood from the start what we wanted and managed to translate everything into a site that is exactly to our taste. What we really appreciated was that they not only listened to us and took all our requests into account, but kept coming up with ideas and suggestions that made the end result even better.

But by far the biggest win for us was the clinic management system. For a long time we had been looking for a solution for managing patient files and our day-to-day work. We tested and analysed numerous existing platforms, but none of them suited the way we work. Either they were designed for other specialties or they had features we didn't need, while the things that mattered to us were missing.

Eleven Eleven managed to create a custom system for us that fits our needs like a glove. It saves us an enormous amount of time, simplifies our work and has finally helped us do away with paper files!

For us, this meant more than a beautiful website. It meant a complete digital solution, built around the way we work, not the other way round.

We recommend them wholeheartedly!”

“I've known Andrew for many years, long enough to know that he's someone you can rely on in everyday life. Professionally, though, we had never worked together – until recently.

I was with a group of friends when I mentioned in passing that I needed a website for the veterinary clinic I was about to open with my husband. Andrew gave us so many ideas and spoke with such passion that I asked him to guide us through it. All he said was: “OK, I'll help you.”

The following week I got a message from him: “Here's the link to the website.” When I opened it, I was speechless. Andrew had done such good work, with real attention to detail, and had built in a booking system and tools specific to our field without us asking for them or even saying exactly what we wanted.

In short, he did his research, built it and created a site that is more than we could have wished for or imagined. Since then he has supported and guided us every step of the way, from small changes to text, fonts or colours to the documentation and the legal side of a website.

He connected the site to an external system where we keep our patients' records. Within that system he found some errors, reported them to its administrators and found the solutions needed for our site to work properly and comply with current law. Throughout all of this we were told very precisely what was happening, what we needed to do, what to expect from our partners and exactly what steps he was taking to fix the problems. We felt very reassured because we were kept informed, and so were the people who run the external system, who thanked him directly.

Would I recommend Andrew? Absolutely YES!

eleven11 is for those who want to associate their name with a brand that is committed, reliable and detail-oriented, and that does things exactly the way they should be done.”
